Venue Rules

⏰ Booking & Play Time Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking. Court usage follows the confirmed booking time. Late arrivals do not extend the playing session. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 🎾 Court Etiquette Respect fellow players, staff, and guests at all times. Maintain good sportsmanship and appropriate conduct while playing. Only players with a valid booking are permitted on the court. 👟 Attire & Equipment Non-marking sports shoes are required. Appropriate sports attire must be worn. Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Any loss or damage caused by negligence will be charged accordingly. 🧼 Cleanliness Please help keep the venue clean. Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. Food and beverages are not permitted on the courts. 🚭 Smoking Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated smoking areas. ⚠️ Safety Players are responsible for their own health and safety while using the facilities. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Illegal substances, weapons, or other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. 💳 Payments & Personal Belongings All transactions are cashless. Interspace Padel is not responsible for any lost or unattended personal belongings. 🛡️ General Policy Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe. Any damage to the venue or its facilities caused by misuse or negligence must be compensated by the responsible party. Venue rules and policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. 📍 By making a reservation through the AYO App or any official booking channel, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Interspace Padel venue rules.
