# MANDALA LOKA PADEL – Venue Rules Welcome to MANDALA LOKA PADEL! We're committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Please follow these guidelines during your visit. ## Court Etiquette * Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking. * Wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking court shoes for safe play. * Use appropriate sports clothing and footwear at all times to help prevent injuries and ensure the best playing experience. * Enter the court only during your reserved playing time. * Respect your booking duration and leave the court promptly to allow the next players to start on time. * Return any borrowed equipment after use. ## Respect Everyone * Treat fellow players, staff, coaches, and visitors with courtesy and respect. * Use appropriate language and maintain good sportsmanship at all times. * Keep noise at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other courts. ## Safety First * Play responsibly and be mindful of others on and around the courts. * Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian when not playing. * Report any injuries, accidents, or damaged facilities to our staff immediately. ## Keep Our Venue Clean * Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. * Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas. Only water is allowed on the courts. * Help us keep the venue clean for everyone. ## Booking & Cancellations * Court bookings are subject to the venue's booking and cancellation policy. * Late arrivals do not extend the reserved playing time. * The venue reserves the right to reassign unused bookings. ## Personal Belongings * Please keep your valuables with you at all times. * MANDALA LOKA PADEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items. ## Venue Policies * Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are prohibited within the venue. * Pets are not allowed, except for service animals where applicable. * Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates these rules.
