VENUE RULES By entering Padel Estate, all visitors are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. - Court reservations must be made exclusively through the AYO App. Padel Estate is not responsible for any bookings made outside the official platform or through third parties. - ⁠Players must arrive on time. Court usage is limited to the booked session and cannot be extended if another reservation follows. - ⁠Proper sports attire and appropriate sports footwear are required at all times. - ⁠Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play. Padel Estate is not liable for any injury, accident, or medical condition occurring on the premises. - ⁠Vaping and IQOS are permitted only in the designated seating/lounge area. They are strictly prohibited inside the padel courts. - ⁠Smoking cigarettes and cigars is permitted only in the designated smoking area located beside Smoking Barrels Cafe. - ⁠Bringing padel ball machines into Padel Estate is prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from management. - ⁠Pets of any kind are not permitted inside Padel Estate. - ⁠Food and drinks are available at Smoking Barrels Courtside. - ⁠The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Violators will be reported to the authorities and prosecuted in accordance with applicable laws. - ⁠Firearms, weapons, knives, or any dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities. - ⁠Throwing chewing gum, cigarette butts, food, or beverages onto the courts is strictly prohibited. Any violation will incur a cleaning and damage fee. - ⁠Fighting, disorderly conduct, or behavior that disrupts other guests is strictly prohibited. - ⁠Padel Estate accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. - ⁠Guests are expected to keep the venue clean and treat all facilities with care. Any damage to Padel Estate property will be charged accordingly. - ⁠Any event involving commercial brands, sponsors, promotions, or marketing activities must receive prior approval from Padel Estate Management. Padel Estate Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or remove any individual from the premises for violating these House Rules without any refund.
