Venue Rules By entering the ULTRADOME area, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions listed below: 1. Players must arrive on time as playing time will proceed according to the schedule, and no extra time will be added. 2. Proper sports attire and shoes must be worn. 3. Please take care of your personal belongings. ULTRADOME is not responsible for any personal items. 4. Outside food of any kind is strictly prohibited. 5. Alcoholic beverages and drinks in glass containers are not allowed inside the club area. 6. External coaches are allowed, subject to prior notification to our team. 7. Personal ball launchers are not allowed. 8. Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. 9. The possession or use of drugs in any form is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities. 10. Firearms, sharp weapons, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities. 11. Smoking and chewing gum are prohibited inside ULTRADOME. 12. Rioting, fighting, and causing disturbances inside ULTRADOME are strictly prohibited. 13. Any destructive actions, such as spitting, hitting glass with a racket, or other anarchic behavior, will incur fines in accordance with the damage caused. 14. Taking photos or videos of the court or other customers/players without their consent is prohibited. 15. All policies and decisions made by ULTRADOME management are final and non-negotiable. 16. Players must be in good health. ULTRADOME is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or other medical conditions of the players. Tournament Hosting Policy ULTRADOME reserves the right to adjust regular booking schedules if a tournament or event requires the use of one or more courts for a specific period. Affected customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance (30 days prior to the event) and will be assisted in securing a replacement schedule, subject to availability. Booking Rules By making a reservation at ULTRADOME, you automatically agree to all the booking terms and conditions listed below: 1. All bookings and transactions are non-cancelable and non-reschedulable, except in cases of force majeure. 2. Ballboy services and padel racket rental can be arranged through the AYO app.
